“From the day that she arrived to the present, I have visited Mom every day, on average between two to three hours at a time, during which, I have remarked on the outstanding services and that she and the residents in her ward are receiving. Not only are the staff members warm, supportive, professional and patient, the members actually work above and beyond (what in my opinion appears to be) their duties. Not only does the staff ensure that the residents are calm, safe, they actually engage residents in meaningful activities.”
