S&R Enterprises Limited was founded by Vilma Sebastian and began its operation in 2007, eventually expanding its operations in 2009 to include our sister company, Excelcare Nursing Services Inc.
Vilma’s experience in residential long-term care as a Registered Nurse (RN) for over 20 years has heightened her passion for providing the highest quality of nursing services to the care homes that she is privileged to partner with.
Beginning in Complex Care, our organization was grateful and eager for the opportunity to expand operations to include Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Mental Health and private pay facilities.
Led by Vilma Sebastian, S&R Enterprises Limited and Excelcare Nursing Services Inc. are managed by a group of dedicated and passionate healthcare leaders who are proud to deliver top quality nursing and support services to the care homes we partner.
